Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Cut zucchini into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Bake in 9-inch pie dish.
Cook 35 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven until light brown on top.
