Supreme Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion (fine)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese together.
    Spread into buttered casserole.
    Spread corn flakes and melted butter on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
