Viennese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can beef broth
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can sweet peas (small peas)
    1/4 stick butter
    diced onions (to taste)
    diced celery (to taste)
Preparation
    Melt butter, saute rice, onion and celery.
    When nicely coated, add beef broth, mushrooms, and cover on low flame.
    When finished, spoon in peas.
