    1 lb. sausage (medium)
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. Biscuit mix
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Let sausage and cheese come to room temperature.
    Grate cheese and work all together.
    Make small balls.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until light brown.
