Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cooked potato
    pinch of salt
    powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Mash potato and add salt and vanilla.
    Add powdered sugar and stir until it looks like pie crust.
    Roll on sugared wax paper. Spread with peanut butter.
    Roll and put in refrigerator.
    Slice and serve when chilled.
