White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. white chocolate
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter (equals 2 sticks)
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt white chocolate in 1/2 cup boiling water; cool.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add white chocolate, vanilla, flour and baking powder alternately with milk.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Bake in 2 pans lined with waxed paper and greased at 350\u00b0.
