Peach Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Del Monte dried peaches
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    powdered sugar
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine peaches and water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Chop peaches and toss with flour.
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Blend in egg yolks and extracts.
    Gradually mix in flour-peach mixture. Shape in small balls.
    Place on baking sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
