Lamb Stew With Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cubed lean lamb
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 (16 oz.) can canned tomatoes with liquid
1/2 c. beef or chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 to 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation

Prepare lamb chunks and have ready, along with the onion and mushrooms.
Have heavy casserole ready.
