Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    35 or 40 small cukes, washed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    4 c. vinegar
    4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 bay leaf
    1 garlic
    1 grape leaf
    fresh dill or 1 Tbsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Make brine with sugar, salt, vinegar and water.
    Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    In each hot jar, put grape leaf, head of dill, garlic clove,
    bay leaf and mustard seed.
    Pack cukes into jar, top with another head of dill.
    Fill jar with hot brine and seal.
