Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. shortening (butter Crisco)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit

    minutes.
    Sift dry ingredients. Add shortening and mix until
    crumbly.
    Add milk and yeast mixture.
    Mix well and cover bowl.
    Refrigerate\tat
    least
    1
    hour
    (or overnight is better). Roll
    out
    on floured board. Cut and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
