Put-Back Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Cut potatoes in half and remove potato from shell.
    Place pulp in large mixing bowl.
    Place shells on a cookie sheet.
