Perfect Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    vegetable oil (to coat)
    rock salt
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Wash potatoes thoroughly and dry. Apply thin coat of vegetable oil to potato skins.
