Sunday Morning Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large eggs
    4 to 6 oz. softened cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. savory sage sausage, browned and set aside
    3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 fresh red pepper, in very thin slices
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add eggs and next 6 ingredients.
    Add cheeses and sausage; fold together.
    Pour into ungreased quiche dish and arrange red pepper into pretty design. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until a knife, inserted in center, comes out clean.
