Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole lemon
    1 bag carrots, thinly sliced
    1 pkg. lemon jello
Preparation
    Squeeze the lemon until you have 1/2 cup of juice.
    In a medium-size bowl, combine juice and carrots.
    Prepare jello according to package directions.
    Add lemon juice and carrots. Refrigerate until jello is firm.
    Serve on slice of lettuce.
