Inside Out Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder or garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni, cooked
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Brown first 3 ingredients in oil.
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain spinach and set aside.
    Reserve liquid. Add water to make 1 cup.
    Stir spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients into meat mixture.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Combine spinach with remaining ingredients.
    Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with meat sauce and little more shredded cheese, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
