Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned with 1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Place beef and onion in baking dish and pour rice over it. Mix other ingredients and pour over rice. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour covered with tinfoil.
