Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
1 c. bell peppers
3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown the first 4 ingredients in frying pan.
Add the next 4 ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
