Easy Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Anaheim chile peppers, roasted, peeled and stems and seeds removed
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 small clove garlic, diced
    1 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Dice chilies; then combine all ingredients in blender.
    Mix on low speed, until desired consistency.
    Keep in a covered container in refrigerator.
