Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add oil and stir well.
Add eggs (one at a time) and add carrots, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour into cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
