Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 small flat can crushed pineapple
    3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cook sliced potatoes in lightly salted water until tender; drain.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Drain juice from pineapple; add enough water to make 1 cup liquid.
    Mix together the sugar and flour.
    Add liquid and cook until it boils.
    Add crushed pineapple and butter.
    Pour over potatoes in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
