Berry Cloud Dessert - cooking recipe

6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whipped cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy.
Beat in 1 3/4 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff and glossy.
Very important, do not underbeat.
Spread in pan and bake for 60 minutes.
Turn off oven.
Leave meringue in oven with door closed about 12 hours or overnight.
