Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Then make 24 meatballs.
    Place in hot skillet and brown on all sides.
    While meatballs are browning, dissolve 3 beef bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
    Then pour over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes. Remove meatballs from pan and mix 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk together and add to beef broth.
    Cook until thick, then pour over meatballs and serve hot.
