Peach Salad Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sliced peaches
2/3 c. juice
1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. finely cut celery
Preparation

Drain peaches.
Heat juice to boiling.
Soften gelatin in lemon juice.
Dissolve in hot juice and cool.
Mash cream cheese and blend in mayonnaise and salt.
Stir in gelatin and whipped cream.
Fold in celery and sliced peaches.
Turn into ring mold. Chill until firm.
May be garnished with sliced peaches and maraschino cherries, if desired.
