Mama'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh squash or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 medium diced onion
    1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, drain and mash.
    Mix squash with soup, sour cream, carrot and onion.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Dot with butter and bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
