Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 32 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    salt
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg (8 oz.) Manicotti shells
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef; cook and drain.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and 1 Tbsp. salt.
    In another bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, Parmesan, eggs, pepper, 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stuff uncooked manicotti with cheese filling.
    In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, pour 1/2 of meat sauce, arrange manicotti in single layer.
    Add remainder of meat sauce to cover.
    Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.
    Cover and cook 1 and 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. (Check at 1 hour.)
