Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks melted margarine
    1 c. pinto beans, washed and cooked
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 3 pies.
