Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fish portions
    1 c. macaroni
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 Tbsp. taco mix
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    In saucepan, stir undrained tomatoes, onions and taco mix.
    Add macaroni and green pepper strips.
    Bring mixture just to boiling and pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Put fish on mixture and spoon some sauce over it.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Uncover and sprinkle cheese over fish and bake 5 more minutes.
    Serves 4.
