Vegetable Medley(Serves 35) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 lb. yellow squash
    2 lb. broccoli
    2 lb. carrots
    2 tsp. basil
    6 tsp. butter
    3 large bell peppers
    2 large onions
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup wine
    1 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil and add vegetables that have been sliced. Cook 5 minutes, covered.
    Stir in wine; simmer 10 minutes, uncovered. Add butter and stir gently.
    Sprinkle cheese over vegetables and serve.
