Oatmeal Shaggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Quick Quaker oats (uncooked)
    1 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco, melted and cooled
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheet with butter flavored Crisco.
    Combine oats, carrots, brown sugar and raisins in a large bowl.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Stir into oat mixture with a spoon.
    Combine eggs, butter flavor Crisco and milk.
    Stir into carrot mixture.
    Stir in coconut and nuts.
