Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped crabmeat
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. light cream
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine crabmeat, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Fill aluminum or natural crab shells with crabmeat mixture; top with butter and remaining cracker crumbs. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
