Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 clove garlic
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. finely grated sharp cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter with garlic. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into butter. Coat pieces with crumb mixture. Place in 15 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Tuck sides of chicken under to form rolls. Be sure sides of rolls do not touch each other. Pour remainder of butter over chicken rolls. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Baste occasionally with pan juices.
