Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients.
    Separate egg and beat egg white stiff.
    To sifted dry ingredients, add oil, buttermilk and egg yolk.
    Beat until well mixed.
    More buttermilk may be added, if desired.
    Fold in egg white.
    Cook on hot griddle at 400\u00b0 until bubbles form.
    Turn over; cook until done.
