Beef And Rice Skillet Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, sliced thin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can corn
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown meat quickly in oil, leaving meat in coarse chunks. Drain off fat.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
    Add seasoning, tomatoes, corn and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil and stir in rice.
    Cover and simmer until rice is done.
    Serves 4.
