Greek Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan; add onion and cinnamon. Cook, stirring often, 4 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Add green beans, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Remove from heat and stir in tomato paste.
    Makes 6 servings.
