Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. hot water
    1 (No. 303 or No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    3 diced bananas
    nuts (pecans)
    1 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1 c.)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    grated Cheddar cheese (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix jello with water.
    When partially set, add pineapple, marshmallows, bananas and nuts.
    In saucepan, cook juice, flour, sugar and egg.
    When custard is cool, add whipped cream.
    Spread custard mixture on top of jello.
    Garnish with grated cheese.
