Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    2 (8-inch) graham cracker crusts
    chopped peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar and Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into pie crusts and top with chopped peanuts.
    Freeze for 8 hours.
    Remove to fridge 1 to 2 hours before serving.
