French Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. stew meat
    1 c. celery
    1 lb. carrots
    9 onions cut in half
    10 potatoes cut in half
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 large can of V-8 juice
    1 small can of whole tomatoes and mush them in your hand
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in large roaster.
