Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1 egg
    cabbage leaves
    28 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, salt, pepper and egg together.
    Trim off thickest part of stem from cabbage leaves. Divide meat into equal portions.
    Wrap each portion in a leaf. Fasten with toothpicks.
