Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. milk
1 c. Recip-Ease baking mix
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 2-quart baking dish.
Mix vegetables and chicken.
Place evenly in dish.
Mix soup, broth and pepper; pour over chicken and vegetables.
Combine baking mix, milk and margarine in separate bowl.
Mix until smooth.
Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
