Baked Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. water
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, celery and onion; add the remaining ingredients and bake on a long flat pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Add Chinese noodles on top when about ready to serve.
