Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir together the sugar, flour and salt.
    Add eggs and blend. Add vanilla and milk; mix and pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle top with 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake about 25 minutes more.
