Lime Ice Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) box lime jello
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Thoroughly drain crushed pineapple.
    Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
    Heat to boiling jello and stir until dissolved.
    Blend in the ice cream; chill until partially congealed.
    Fold in grated cheese, drained pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into mold and chill.
