Gourmet Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 lb. lean beef, cubed
    6 medium onions, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    cooked broad noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and brown meat.
    Add onions; saute lightly.
    Stir in salt and pepper, flour and paprika.
    Add wine, sour cream and tomato sauce, stirring to blend smoothly.
    Turn the mixture into a casserole.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles.
    Makes 4 servings.
