Diabetic Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 pkg. low-calorie pudding or pie filling mix
    2/3 c. chopped dates, raisins and nuts
    1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into small balls; flatten with a glass.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet for 8 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
