Potato Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. dried dill
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 medium head cauliflower
    6 c. stock or water
    4 c. diced, unpeeled potatoes
    4 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. tamari (soy)
    1 c. heavy or whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion, dill and thyme in oil.
    Add cauliflower, potato and stock.
    Cover and cook until tender, about 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat and blend in blender.
    (I use 2 cups measuring cup as a scoop and blend 2 cups at a time, pouring mixture right back into the pot.)
    Repeat until all large pieces are blended.
