Beer-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
2/3 c. flour
1 3/4 c. (14 1/2 oz. can) chicken broth
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. (1 can) beer
3/4 c. (8 oz. jar) processed cheese spread
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan.
Add onions; cook until they just begin to wilt.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour gradually. Stir in broth, milk, beer, cheese and Worcestershire.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the soup comes to a boil. Serves 6.
