Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    48 whole wheat Melba rounds
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Put in serving bowl. Cover and chill.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Serve on Melba rounds.
