Creamed Cottage Cheese Pancakes - cooking recipe

12 oz. creamed cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat together cottage cheese, eggs and sour cream.
Add flour, salt and sugar.
Beat batter until it becomes thick and creamy. Fry the pancakes in buttered skillet.
Serve with maple syrup, jelly or preserves.
