Spanish Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. water
    2 lb. boneless chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, Worcestershire, ketchup, chili powder, paprika, pepper and water; bring to boil and remove from heat. Salt roast to taste, then braise on both sides in hot fat.
    Place in a roasting pan on a piece of foil large enough to cover.
    Top with hot sauce and onions.
    Seal foil and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender, basting frequently with the sauce.
