Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
5 to 6 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and oil.
Add all other ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto sheet of heavy aluminum foil.
Flatten slightly with hand.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until slightly browned.
Makes 100 to 120 cookies.
